These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through Mouwé Stories.

Article 4 – The Offer

All product descriptions are created with care and accuracy. Images represent the products as clearly as possible. However, minor differences or errors may occur and do not bind Mouwé Stories.

If an offer is limited in time or subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

Article 5 – The Agreement

An agreement is completed once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the required conditions.

After placing an order, the consumer will receive a confirmation email. Until this confirmation is sent, the order may still be cancelled.

Mouwé Stories reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason, such as incorrect information or suspected misuse.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

The 14-day period starts the day after the product has been delivered.

If the consumer has ordered multiple items in one order, the period starts after receiving the final item.

During the cooling-off period, items must be handled with care.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be undamaged

  • Be returned in proper packaging

If items are returned in a condition that reduces their value, the consumer may be held responsible.

Article 8 – Returning an Order

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact Mouwé Stories via info@mouwestories.com within the 14-day period.

The product must then be returned within 14 days after notification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Once the return has been received and approved, Mouwé Stories will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
