THE STORY OF MOUWÉ STORIES

Hi, I’m Valerie, the creator behind Mouwé Stories. I started this brand in 2025 when I was 20 years old. Around that time, I learned how to sew and began spending hours behind my sewing machine, experimenting with second-hand clothing and finding ways to give each piece a new life.

I’ve always been drawn to mixing styles especially adding a feminine touch to more sporty items. I love that contrast and the way it can completely transform a piece into something unexpected.

What began with upcycling slowly grew into designing my own pieces as well. Today, I combine both. The limited items are handmade by me, which makes every piece one of a kind, while the rest is fully designed by me.

For me, fashion is about creativity and individuality. I want to create pieces that feel special something that stands out in a subtle but powerful way.
