Returns

You can return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace code, as Mouwé Stories cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and package size. Unfortunately, these costs are non-refundable.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be received back within 14 days after delivery (delivery day counts as Day 1)
• Items should be returned in their original packaging (outer shipping packaging can be different, as long as items are safely packed)
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags must still be attached
• Jewelry and accessories (such as bags and belts) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Sale items can be returned, but will be refunded as store credit

Step 1:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for your return

Step 3:
You will receive a follow-up email with detailed return instructions.
