Shipping & Payment – Mouwé Stories

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find all relevant information regarding shipping and payment.

All orders are shipped with PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow your package.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 17:00 will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 17:00 or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout.

We offer shipping outside the Netherlands. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. The estimated delivery time will be stated in the product description.

Payments can be made securely using iDEAL.
